Any full body injector you buy will come already pop tested ready to go
If they dont please do me a favor and do not buy from that company. I would run some 150s and do a he351cw. The turbo upgrade can be done on a budget and clean up those injectors. Patracy has a sticky on here about it, check it out. Then when you get bored throw another turbo under it and you have a great twin setup. I wouldnt go over 40 psi. without studing but its personal opinion some guys retorque the headbolts and get lucky but some dont.

This is not a reliable way to go about it. If its your daily driver just fork up the cash and get some studs you dont want to be left without a vehicle because you just spent all your money on a turbo and injectors and went out to have some fun and you lifted the head
