best upgrades for a daily driver?

I've got a 01 dodge ram 2500 cummins 24v qcsb 4x4. Its high mileage ( around 240k) and I'm wondering what performance upgrades would be best for it, without melting down the ngine since its gettin long in the tooth. Currently I've got an edge ez box, BHAF, 4 inch mbrp exhaust and an air dog 150. The trans has been rebuilt about 10k miles ago with a billet suncoast tq converter, kevlar bands and clutches, valve body, and a diesel performance kit. I'm lookin for around 400 or 450hp. Nothin crazy just somethin to have a lil fun in. I'm thinking of 100hp injectors, quadzilla adrenaline, and a new turbo but still haven't decided on a certain one yet. Any help and comments are greatly appreciated. Imtryin to get the truck bulletproofed before I start building it, hence gettin the trans built and the fuel system on it first.

quad works fine on mine and it isn't far behind yours. I am also looking at 100 horse injectors, maybe 150's then I will do the turbo. btw 240k isn't long in the tooth.

First and foremost before you add any mods please tell me you have gauges? Boost, Pyro, Trans temp, and MOST importantly fuel pressure!

I daily my truck and I was thinking about an Aurora 3000 and a set of 150's. My buddy that works in a local diesel shop said I should even be fine towing heavy. I planned on going with their brand injectors. Should put you right where you wanna be power wise.

Yes I'm running fuel pressure egt boost and trans guages. I'm thinking of running DDP 100hp injectors since they already come pop tested. I'm tryin to find a good turbo that I can get on a budget. Also how much boost can I run before I need to stud the motor?

Most new injectors come pop tested already.

As far as boost, it depends on many things. If you want to just retorque your stock headbolts they are usually good for ~50#.

Any full body injector you buy will come already pop tested ready to go If they dont please do me a favor and do not buy from that company. I would run some 150s and do a he351cw. The turbo upgrade can be done on a budget and clean up those injectors. Patracy has a sticky on here about it, check it out. Then when you get bored throw another turbo under it and you have a great twin setup. I wouldnt go over 40 psi. without studing but its personal opinion some guys retorque the headbolts and get lucky but some dont.

This is not a reliable way to go about it. If its your daily driver just fork up the cash and get some studs you dont want to be left without a vehicle because you just spent all your money on a turbo and injectors and went out to have some fun and you lifted the head Just my 2 cents
