first off if you have 0-1 psi i would not even start my truck. you will be doing more harm than good to the precious vp44 injection pump. have you listened for the sound of the pump running before start up? have you checked fuses? how low is the fuel in your tank? is the fuel pressure gauge F'd up? is the CEL on?

CEL = Check Engine Light. Big rubber washer? how big are we talking about? is it maybe one of the filter gaskets? do you have the draw straw set up? it could be the one to seal the hole you drill in the tank for draw straw. Whatever you do don't run the truck until you verify it is getting over 10psi of fuel. VP44 (injection pump) is real pricey you don't wanna have to buy one.

well thats your problem right there. Your supposed to bypass your stock pump so it goes one line out of your vp44 down to your frame rail into your airdog then line to your gas tank.

Push fuel through them small stock hoses and threw your stock pump will definately cause low psi. So you need to double check what the f they did or post pics. I definately would not drive it or your going to be spending 1100bucks on a vp44.

assuming you checked the airdogs fuse. you should also check the fuse for the stock fuel system. the stock system is tied into the new airdog system it triggers it to turn on. Have you used a voltmeter before? if all fuses are good, you will need to check if the airdog is getting 12v. its possible the airdog is broken if you don't get 12v.

the truck use to run 14-17[psi then it started running 12-13 psi a week ago or so...i figured cold weather slowed my pump down...was that the start of a bad pump?
