Im ordering a set of 100hp jammer nozzles and i've been reading that i need to have them pop off tested what exactly is that is it just a pressure test or is it more complicated than that? Im very mechanically inclined would it be simple for me to change out the nozzles myself?

I got a new vp coming from Gus at Farm Boys Diesel along with a set of 100 hp jammers. He said it is fairly simple to do. My buddy, CTD mechanic, is coming to help me do the vp install and injectors next weekend. Keep you posted on the easiness... ( vp is for the second time around so that will go fairly fast)

You don't need no special tool, all you have to do is use one of the intake horn bolts. It'll just screw right into the top of the injector and use some vise grips and a pry bar. Give it a little pry and it'll pop right out, very easy. Also you might want to call around and see who can pop test them, around here in colorado, no one would do it for less that 150 bucks. Which is just outragous. I didn't get mine tested, I just tightened mine down as tight as they were when I took them out. They're running like champs, but I would still recommend getting them tested, I'm just waiting to talk to the right person to do mine for free, then I'll rip them out and just double check. Hope this helps.
