Raptor Sucking Air

Today I finished my Airdog Raptor 150 install. In short, bled the lines. Idled about 20 minss. took off died (putt putt done) 2 miles down the rd.
Towed back home. Bled lines again. Idled 10 mins. Same thing died down the rd.
Back home, bled lines again. Reved engine in all ranges. idle -1500- 2000-2500-3000 RPM's. Nothing. No PUTT nothing. Put it in gear drove up and down my drive way (100 yards) died.
I did what I did before cracked lines 1,3,4, and 5. Bled them out. In 1, there were a lot more little bubbles than any other line i cracked. Went back over my connections. Found the tank connection was loose . Finally got it to click and now I can't pull it off. I have the 1/2 big line (blue) tubes from the tank to the raptor to the filter. The connection on the filter I had to use a hose clamp to get it to stay on.
It now idles fine, and if I shut it off from an idle I can start it up just fine. If IT dies then I have to bled the line to get it going again. Where could it be sucking air? How can I check tomorrow where it would be sucking air? Is it the air? I'm lost on ideas. Thanks.

what lines are you talking about cracking? on the IP? When I installed my FP I did no cracking of lines... Just have to bump it to put diesel back in the system to pressurize

i was talking about the injector lines on the valve cover. I had to trace the whole system to make sure I was getting fuel every place it needed to go.

gotcha.... whats your fuel pressure at idle? when you bump the starter as in click it like you are going to start it but not really start it does the airdog stay on for 30 seconds or so? no fuel leaks anywhere?

did you remember to take the stock quick connect off the tank? you should have just had to bump the starter or at the most crack the line at the ip. did you crack the plastic on the top of the tank on accident while hooking it up?

is your pump making a "growling noise/vibration?" you may be sucking air from intank retro fit if so installed.... I know that i had issues with my intank retro fit leaking air into the plastic accordion line that the kit came with so i said screw it and went with the draw straw and problem solved

So can you explain that a little clearer... I'm not sure I understand.
The Noise i hear sounds .... well like a pump... Hard to describe. But there is a noise.
So what is a Retro fit? How would I know if I had one?
