Ok my mods are listed in my sig. My questions is i am putting on dual 6" stacks will the edge roll enough smoke to fill the stacks? Also Why will my truck smoke alot one day then a very little the other? How hard is to change the injector nozzles? Will my raptor 100 be enuf for 50 or 100 horse injectors?

the raptor should be fine for nozzles, and they arent too hard to get on, but you need to get the injectors pop tested by a diesel shop if you do nozzles only. i suggest getting whole injectors.
as far as the intermittant smoke check your wire tap it's a common problem to have a bad connection. i've found soldering or getting a stealth plate is the best way.
as far as smoke output injectors are the way to go my man
raptor 100 will be able to support 500hp+ for fuel
Smoking is not why we own cummins diesels, and you will get flamed asking the way you are so i think you should rephrase your questions without using smoke.

it gets old hearing everyday someone comes on and says they want more smoke... it seems like everyone wants it, but the people who have it wish they could get rid of it..
yep, i get tired of cleaning my bumper 2x week. they see it at the tracks, pulls, and the fact that those r high hp motors and the only reason 4 the smoke is cause the big turbo aint lit yet. when it does, wha la no more smoke! only lots of power. YOU CAN STOP SMOKING!!!!
