Possible triples??

Hey everyone looks for some insight on triple turbos, I'm currently running a single Aurora 4000 which is a 63/70/14. I'm thinking about running 2 stock hx35s as primaries and the 4000 as the secondary. I've read what I can about triple set ups and from what I can understand the hx35s may be too small for the job, the only reason I'm thinking about it is just because they're laying around the shop. Any help is appreciated, someone either talk me into or out of this haha

What's your end goal? To say you have triples, or to hit a certain number?

You don't need triples with a VP44 still in the equation.

That would actually work rather well imo. 2 hx35s are like a single s475.

hx35's would work great for the fuel a VP44 can give. Triples are a lot of work. If fabrication is your job and you are good go for it!

The only thing I would consider is adding an external gate to the a4k.

You think the 2 hx's would be too much pressure for the a4k? You're saying to use like a spacer plate and gate off of the manifold?

Would opening up the internal gates in the hx35s to as large as possible work instead of adding an external gate?

Hx35 Gates arent where you truly will need them in this scenario , and still have poor flow

No? People have and do run larger turbos feeding the a4k. I prefer my gates on the manifold but a spacer plate would work.

Dis. You need gating before the secondary as it is a non-gated turbo. Gating after would prove fruitless to control the secondary.

That all makes sense, I would just hate to put this much work into something and then run into super high egts and not being able to really use the set up. What does everyone think about egt possibles?
