US Diesel Chips?

Does anyone here have any experience with these chips? I am curious as to whether they work as advertised, or if it is a rip off. Here is a link to the one I am looking at:

2001 ( 5.9L ) Dodge Cummins Engine Power Chip Diesel Performance Chips ( 0-100 HP ) 24 Valve

i would suspect theyre garbage, but do not have experience with them personally, so a biased opinion from me is no good, but in my opinion if your going to spend that kind of money for a "chip" tuner module whatever, why not buy from a trusted brand you and others know about personally such as Quadzilla, Edge, TST, smarty, Diablosport, ect ect, i will list some sites for you to browse

A little browsing of the site shows it's a Dr. Performance "chip". Which since they don't tap the pump, the most the chip can make is 65hp. Spend the money on a better chip for that kinda change.

The only thing I am hesitant about it having a tuning module in the truck before I replace the torque converter, valve body, and the lift pump. I was thinking that i just want the module for the better mileage until the tranny is built. Any thoughts?

No lift pump, and no fuel pressure gauge? Then no tuners of any kind.
