Fuel Issues

My truck is an 01 ram 2500 4wd and lately I have been having issues with my lift pump psi dropping radically at WOT down to 0 psi. I was told it could be the filters so I replace the filters on my FASS titanium 150 gph. Here is a list of my upgrades as I'm sure it will be asked.
DDP 125hp injectors
ATS deep tranny pan
ATS Aurora 3000 Turbo
ATS 3 piece exhaust manifold
ATS intake horn
ARP headstuds
Edge Juice with attitude CS2 with HOT unlock
Smarty S03 programmer (To pass emissions)
FASS Titanium Fuel pump
NEW VP44 by Gillett Diesel (Installed by Diesel Day Dreams)
BD Diesel Stealth plate for VP44
BD Diesel steering stabilizer Kit
Transmission rebuilt 25000 miles ago by A Affordable transmission with a Reman Billet torque converter
S&B Intake
MBRP 4 inch exhaust from turbo back

I just replaced my raptor( air dog) I put in February of 2016. Pressure dropped to 0 psi after running for a minute. There's an internal seal that had gone bad in mine. Is your LP pulling lots of power and popping fuses?

02 2500 4x4 HO nv5600 Custom Flatbed and bumper, MBRP 4" turbo back, S&B intake, Raptor 150, Edge Juice w/att CTS2, Silencer ring MIA More to come...

I haven't popped any fuses. Seems to be using normal amount of power.

Is your idle pressure stable or jumpy? I had the check ball on the return side of the fass get stuck in the spring and my pressure started jumping around at idle and getting weak under high throttle.

99 2wd ext cab lb SRW. Quadzilla adrenaline, DAP 7x.009 (100hp sticks) big air filter. Valair Single Disk organic clutch. FASS Platinum 150gph. Jacobs exhaust brake. 232k miles

When your pressure drops to 0 is it consistent, or will it run fine and then drop unexpectedly? Could your draw straw in the tank have something that gets sucked up into it and plug it up?

I'm betting that the regulator is getting wild. If FASS has the same check ball and spring I'm going to bet that the ball is wedged in the coils of the spring. I've taken my spring on my AirDog and bent the tail of the last coil to 90* angle towards the center so the ball can't wedge into the coils.

Fass has the same thing. I had to do something similar to mine when I 1st installed it. I mentioned this a couple posts ago but I don't know if the op saw it
