hi ive got a 98.5 2500 24v auto. im lookin into gettin an edge juice w/ attitude and a new lift pump to assist it. my truck already has a straight 4in exhuast with a banks big heads wastegate.the rest is stock.
Im looking into gettin either an airdog 100 or 150 which do you guys think would be a better combo along with the edge juice? would the lift pump and juice be able to operate at full potential with keeping everything else at safe operating temps/ranges? what does it take to install these items? and does anyone know roughly how much horse and torque i'd be lookin at with these upgrades?
I dont kno a whole lot about diesel performance so i apologize but your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks very much
The AD 100 will support 500hp easily and is a little easier install than the 150(dont have to drop the tank). THe juice is a good choice as it has all the gauges you will need.
With both those mods you are looking at ~ 310-330hp at the wheels. Both are fairly easy to install if you have some mechanical skillls.

The 100 will be plenty for what you want. Before you make an order find out if you have the factory lift pump on the side of the engine or if it's been retrofitted with an in-tank fuel pump. If you have the factory set-up you can just plug into the factory fuel canister. If you have the in-tank pump you will a draw straw of some sort...I think airdog sells a setup with everything you need if you have the in-tank pump.

thanks alot i was lookin earlier and i got the factory lift pump that mounts to the side of the block. i was also thinkin later on down the road about maybe an injector upgrade, not to radical ones though, but its a dream at this point. but if i were to add those later what would be a set to go with? how much would they affect proper operating temps/ranges for normal driving? Would there be anything else that i would need to add to handle to power increase? your help is very much appreciated, thanks
I installed ad100 and juice/attitude just couple weekends ago. Fairly simple install. One suggestion is to have a buddy help with removing the factory fuel line from the tank. I tried to do it myself but couldn't squeeze the keeper and pull it off at the same time. Won't take but a second with two people. The other problem I had was tapping into the injector pump. I had a hard time getting the nut thingamagigi to start.
