All a tranny needs?

My plan is to have about 400-500HP max.
I do boosted launches every once and awhile, I also have a lead foot.
What will I need to upgrade on my tranny besides:

*Triple Disk TC
*Billet Flexplate
*Billet Input
*Upgraded Valvebody
*Basic Rebuild on Trans
???? what am I missing if anything

Get a good master kit and upgrade all the pistons and servos you can. Get the OD upgrade. Consider a billet output and a drum.

lets bump this tread back up.

are billet interm, and output shafts a must if I do billet input? or are they just highly recomemnded?
Ive noticed peicing together a trans is a little more money than just buying a straight up ready to go built trans.
I mean I don't wanna drop 6k on a full billet trans, but I also don't wanna drop 3k now and more when my stocks shafts explode, and have to redo it all over again but with billet everything.

The post above gave you everything else you needed.

Why would you not upgrade your other shafts?????

Do the output, you can hold off on the intermediat. Usually when you buy from a shop you can get a package price instead of piecing it together and paying to have it taken apart a couple times. Unless you can do the work youself.

With 4-500hp you should be able to get away with the tc, vb, servos, 4.1 lever, input and output.

Have a shop do the work for you. They will do a rebuild kit also and you will more than likely have a warranty.
