HX40 turbo power!!!!

What kinda power can i make with a hx40 i heard 500 rwhp some guys said. I need a bigger turbo and dont have 1200+ to spend. I have no extra money and the hx40 new is cheap. I have raptor 150 5 inch exhaust 125 hp sticks edge juice with att and smarty built tranny. What kinda number will it hold and will it move enough air for my setup

you can make 500hp with an hx40. you have ~400hp. i think an hx40 with your set up would work well.

i think if you put an hx40 on your setup it would be close to 500. thats if edge's injectors are actually 125hp. if i dont change my mind and sell my jammer 4's for 220's and a 66, ill be putting an hx40 or a 35/40 hybrid on it. still havent decided how far i want to be pushed into my seat

so the hx40 will flow plenty to make 500rwhp will it spool ok with 125's or should i go bigger

no you will be fine with 125's. if you can try to get an hx40 with a 14cm exhaust housing, at the very largest a 16cm.

so whats like the max these turbos will take and i see alot of them on ebayt for like 280 brand new i want to make as much as i can and still afford it how laggy will it be

uuuh, those aren't REAL HX40's

, don't buy one from E bay, get one from a good diesel vendor, there are several on this site...

that is some pice-o-junk knock off. if you want a real hx40 at a good deal, hut up the vendors

once you get much over 500hp, your egts are prob going to be getting too high. id say 550hp max

$280 is probably too cheap for a used hx40 rather long a new one. I wouldnt trust it at all.
