I always try to make things too complicated and overlook the smallest/cheapest fix. Just needed new shocks. Put them on and drove around town for a bit and we're good to go now.

Never been in a wreck. Noise is stayin the same. Absolutely annoying, im getting sick of it, it makes me hate takin my truck out on weekends. Talked to another guy with a 1999 2500 and he said his is doin the exact same thing. He even owns a small shop and he cant find anything.

Hey fellas try looking into this....not sayin it will definitely fix your problems but it sure sounds like it might help!

'Rock Solid' Ram Truck Steering !

'Rock Solid' Ram Truck Steering !

DO YOU LOVE HOW YOUR RAM TRUCK DRIVES, BUT HATE HOW IT STEERS ?

So did we ! Until we discovered a simple, effective solution.....

As you know, despite their strengths, 2nd Generation Dodge Ram trucks are infamous for clunky, imprecise steering.

On 2nd Gen trucks,['94-'02] the fault lies hidden deep in the steering column lower bushing: it's designed with too much play & prone to wear.
