Just looking for some info to see if anyone is running anything of the sort. I really like the look of the big rig rims and tires and like the fact that they last.

A buddy back at home has a show truck on super singles. When he first got them he was still driving it on the road a lot and switched to the supers from 44" boggers. He said it took some time to get all the pressures dialed in but the ride was awesome once he did. He also custom built front and rear 4 link suspension. Just about skated the 44s.
I hate the "Rubber Band Tire" Look Huge wheels with extremely low profile tires. How ever I do appreciate the look of 16's, 17's and 18's with a 35" tire. That IMO look swell.

Agreed, and I don't think too much will be lost to ride quality. To be honest I dont know how it could get a hole lot worse knock on wood. Just looking for some info. Maybe in the future I can get a dually, lift it, and put semi rims and tires on it. Just looks cool imo.

Are you planning on keeping them 22.5 or shaving to 22?
22.5 you're looking at about 200lbs per tire roughly.
Are you keeping it a srw or converting to dually? Srw you'll need quite a bit of lift to clear the massive offset. Also 22.5 super singles are 40" tall FYI.
Not saying don't do it. I'm dually on shaved 22.5s however you left out some details.
I really don't know too much on the matter, that was the reason for starting this thread. Just thought that it looked cool and wanted to explore some options. So as far as 22.5s or 22s goes I have no clue to be honest and I have no clue what tires to run with the combo if I decide to go this route which is sounding to me like it would be a big hassle.
