I made one out of tubing then traced the patterns on to a sheet of metal, took the sheet to a metal shop and they used a shear to cut them out, think I paid 20$ for them to do that. I used a piece of tubing as well and a torch to make the fog light holes.
started with the stock bumper brackets and built out from there, I found it easier to build in place

while its not a road armor exactly it was easy to make and I only spent 140$ to make it, the ypper tubing was cut from an old westin push par I had laying around, I just cut it up and welded the pieces I wanted in the shape I wanted

Bumpers

Ya i got my from Elija at road rhino for about 800 bucks for a front and rear weld it you self kit. it turned out awsome. shipping is a flat rate. its like 175. look it up on ebay. they do great work.

im still working on my, i started with the mounts. cut them out the the side profile i wanted then used heavy paper to make the shape of each piece. traced it over and tacked. then the next piece and so on. not to bad really, then you have all the paper temps to make another one which will go even faster.
