aftermarket steering box

Does anyone out there make an aftermarket steering box for our trucks? I remember seeing somewhere...maybe youtube? That a guy had one with that had a quick turning ratio or something. I don't care to much about that but i want one that is tight!! I plan on fixing up the front end in my truck and adding a 3rd gen track bar, 2" leveling kit, steering brace, and hopefully changing out the steering box.. Hopefully that will fix all the swaying and the play in the steering wheel. I am just curious if there is a better than stock steering box out there to replace the one on the truck now? Thanks for the replys!

Most of that slop and play can be tuned out. You can increase the pressure coming out of the box for the price of a drill bit. Wheres your caster set? Anyone looking to buy an expensive box READ THIS FIRST Easy, free, SOOPER DOOPER steering mod?

Never had mine come loose but Ill take a gander and see if I can find the culprit. Been years since I've had to touch mine.
