I had the same problem (blew a tire at 65mph ) but I have a sport so the bumper is holy crap expensive.

I just left it until I accidentally ran too far inot the parking spot at work and tapped the wall. Everything is straight now

craw underneath with i believe its a 15mm socket wrench and loosen the front bolts, then have someone else put a level to the bumper and level it out then have them hold it in place, then re torque the bolts, will fix the problem, i have the same problem after i took off my bumper.
