Have you looked into moparman rerouting design for the breather/puke can one of the reasons he designed it was the oil smell!

You obviously haven't moved the engine vent bottle mounted to the front of the block. Not only does it get the engine and radiator full of oily residue and collect debris, possibly clogging a portion of your radiator but it makes it look like you have a leaking oil pan and the fumes get sucked in under the hood through the cowl seal, right into the cab. Stinks worse after you change the oil. Your cowl seal may have moved a bit or just isn't fitting like new. Either way, getting some 3/4" heater hose and a hose connector and re-routing the vent down under the front of the engine to at least the back of the block will help you with multiple issues. Just make sure there is no drooping in the added hose to cause oil puddling and block the vent.

I ran a hose to the back of the truck. Mine was a mess until I did that.

Be careful... If you live in cold county that might freeze shut causing back pressure to buid in the crankcase and blow seals out or gaskets...

Why my design desin leave the engine area that far...

I don't see any reason why not?

Just don't let it rub parts...

are you using rotella oil by any chance either? I know the puke bottles are trouble on the second gens, but the god awful smell of rotella does nothing to help it.

Yeah I am. But my main reason for doing it is the oil spots and to clean the motor!
