Water in driver's side floorboard after rain??
Depending on how the truck is parked, standing water will gather in the driver side floorboard. Could it be the third brake light or the rear window?

windshield could be a culprit if it was installed prior to 04 due to bad sealant.

Check third brake light and cab lights. Also if you do a search you will find GOBS of info including a write up I did with the most common places for leaks. You could go down the list doing each one until you find your leak. Mine was the third brake light.

My leak on the driverside floor ended up being as simple as the weather stripping on the door it didn't leak all the time only when it down poured. It looked good no signs of wear it ended up being between the windshield and the the cab lights that little 45angle it didn't look bad at all but it was leaking from there. Junkyard had the peice. Alot of 1500's in the yard cause of cash for clunkers!
