steering wander 2002 ram 3500

Hey all, my 2002 ram 3500 dually has a wandering issue, i changed all the ball joints uppers and lowers, all the links are tight, i replaced the one joint at the steering box, and the truck still wanders, you cant keep it straight your constaly fighting left of right any thoughts?

Would this help my truck stop pulling to the right all the time? Or is that a separate issue? It was aligned less than 3,000 miles ago.

my truck had trhe same problem on my 99 i used to have and i replaced the trac bar on it
