Loudest exhaust combo

It's that time guys, i'm planning on doing stacks. With that in mind, what is the best combo for the loudest exhaust and any ideas on how to make the turbo whistle louder? I already removed my silencer ring. In conclusion, I just want ideas on how to get the loudest groan. Thanks guys!

a cold air intake will help with the whistle.... aftermarket tubing will also help. btw a hood stack is by far the loudest exhaust....sadly the most illegal.

sorry but id have to say that a hood stack really isnt that loud believe it or not. i have a hood stack on my 93 and it was way louder when i had the 3" exhaust system on it. my 01 is pretty loud with the 6" stacks. from what ive seen the bigger u go the louder it gets. stainless steel also makes it louder also. just my 2 cents

for loudness go big, the bigger the better.
For turbo noise an open filter will be loudest

Ive got a 4" downpipe to 5" all the way to the tips of the dual stacks. Not a muffler in sight. Its pretty obnoxious. (Which just makes me love it more!)

The turbo is very audible, but was quieter when I had a cold air intake. Now I just have a giant open filter, Id give you the part # of the filter, but cant remember it off the top of my head.

on the BHAF, it seems to work like a resonating chamber. As for exhaust, I've only got the stock three inch with muffler, and mine is loud enough for me to be heard two miles off. It's kinda funny cause when I go to the drive up window at the bank I gotta shut the truck off in order to talk to the teller
