Gimme some good batteries

Well its about that time. I need to replace my batteries. The old girl is getting kind of cantankorus to start on a cold morning. I'm thinking some Optima Red tops. But I want some more opinions. Whatcha all think?

pERSONALLY. I think optima's are junk, I think they ust to be good. not so hot anymore. Mind you we have only had them in tractors and our jet boat. seems like every time we want to take the boat out, we have to charge them up. and the boat has a battery disconnect so its not draining from that. In the tractors, we use them every day and seem like were always replacing them.

For some reason I think I remember that the Red Tops aren't "Big" enough. I've always been told that we need at least 850cca, 1000 ca, and at 115 reserve; but I may be mistaken.

see that is what i was looking at but they were only 750cca. i had one that was in use in my suburban just 2 months shy of 9 years. autozone said the company that used to build them quit and another picked them up. so i'm not sure
