as soon as you get the write up done, I'll be whipping out the soldering iron....

I bet you could make a few pennies selling prewired kits on the various boards...

That was a resistor mistake on the coolant sensor. I mis-read the DVM and put in the wrong one it drove the coolant gauge to MAX trip the CHECK GAGES light and set a DTC for coolant over temp... I felt like a true dummy... But Now I got the right values... I should of used mt ScanGauge II and clear the code...

So far with the final product it working just fine. I get some really weird looks when 3 cylinder high kicks in.

It even shock my buddy on the fire dept that I could warm up my truck in under 10 minutes and have heat. His powerstroke cant do that...

As for flaws or problem none found so far. You need to remember to turn off both IAT and ECT foolers after the high idle starts. Unless your doing a forced high idle then leave the ECT on...

Well last night my high idle got used a lot... I stopped in at a friends place and helped him try to get his kubota diesel tractor running.

(Long story - SHORT!)

When it can time to try starting the tractor the battery was weak so I would kick the ECT and IAT fooler and let the high idle come up. Now I pushing good alternator power and don't have to jump in and out of the cab. :thumbsup
