I think that it is harder on the truck to start it and shut it down every 7 minutes. Having the heat on makes it nice, too. I have been working in the Poconos, Pennsylvania. There was recently 15 inches of snow. I am now in Indiana. It has been as low as the high 20's, and warming up to the low 40's.
I was surprised to learn that by setting the RPM's to 2000, I could lower the percentage on the overhead display. After reading the arguments, on other posts, about how the overhead wouldn't show that a regen was happening, I was surprised to see "Regen in Process."
I have been tempted to do the "Potentiometer thing." But I don't want to be constantly messing with them. I have heard of the Gen I boxes, which I am guessing are just a few resistors in a box. What is the newest one that has something to do with the pressure sensors?
Thanks for all of your replies...... Rhyno
