Question Stalling When Cold....??

My truck stalls out when the engine is cold and the temps drop below 50F or so.

The truck starts right up and the heater grid appears to be working fine.

It's just when I come up to stop signs/traffic (when the engine is still cold) that the engine stalls out.

This is a REAL PITA.

After the engine warms up (5 minutes or so). It never stalls out. ONLY when the engine is COLD does it do this.

This problem worsened after a 3KGSK was installed.

What do I need to do to correct this issue ?
