Losing boost??

Ok so after installing my Airdog 150, and going back to a gutted afc, the truck will only make like 32lbs of boost. Before it would throw 40+lbs at like 85% to 90% throttle imput.

I think the gov arm might be stuck on something?? when i first took out the afc arm, it wouldn't go over 10lbs of boost for about a block, then it started functioning normally again, except i think it was then that it started.

I haven't pressure tested the boost system, but it doesn't feel like a boost leak, it feels like a pump issue. Its running clean in the low 30's boost (no smoke)
