Miss at 2,000 rpm's

I recently rebuilt my 95 12v and did a few upgrades at the same time. I've put almost 5,000 miles on it since then and it's ran great up until the past 500 or so miles. When I just ease into the throttle it misses at about 2k rpm's and blows white/blue smoke. If I stay at that rpm it'll just keep on missing, but once I get past it, it runs fine. And if I just put it to the floor and go through that rpm range it never skips a beat. Do you guys have any idea what I could even start to look for? The mods are 5x.012 DAP injectors, 62/65/12 turbo, 0 plate,3k gsk, 60 lb valve springs, and head studs

I wouldn't think it would just start doing that all of a sudden now I've had the 3k's in for over 20k miles with no problems
