i put my 4k gov springs in and now my truck misses after 2500 rpm at wot but you can ease it up to rpm without putting foot all the way down.took pump apart again double checked and measured again at 54 thou seems fine anyone have any ideas? gonna check fuel pressure tomorrow
Put a new ofv on today no difference. Pick my my pressure gauge in the morning and install it tomorrow. As for timing it's still stock just ordered my dial indicator so if fuel is good i'll bump the timing up and try that
i was running #100 which is a custom ground plate, it was full forward. now i am running no plate, hardly any difference based on the seat dyno. of course i am on stock gsk and timing. its a free mod if you have a bench grinder. but it does require more pryo watching
hopefully later on this month i can do a dyno run #100 full forward vs no plate with the same tuning set up. hopefully i have my 4gsk in and 16* timing
i have seen many of threads about 4gsk since the stock timing wont support the higher rpm.
After I installed the 4k gsk in my truck it had the pop i
And crack above 3200 rpm. My issue was mostly fuel pressure and a little timing. I installed a raptor and tork tek ofv and it cleared right up. The timing just helped it pull harder in the higher rpms. So to the op my guess would be fuel pressure like had already been said.
