Possible ddp4 problem

I installed my ddp4s. easy install took my time extra clean yada yada yada, i idled my injectors for a while everything seemed good, took it for a test ride 1mile total. got on it awesome came back parked checked for leaks while still running, no leaks good, well i was staring at my engine and it would shake a lil every so often in a definate pattern like a slightly loose line for like a two secs and then back to normal. so i checked all rpms and its the worst between 1000-1250 rpm it seems to wave in and out its fine from 1250 up what gives

TIA
Casey
