New Tranny = Wow

I'm very new here, bought a '96 12v and quickly found the auto tranny was slipping. It took me a while to digest putting that much dough into a built auto but let me say it was very worth it. I ended up taking my truck to Suncoast who really hooked me up. They were awesome people with awesome service. The only bad thing is that with a motor upgrade you can pop the hood and show folks but with a tranny all you can do is tell people about it. I can't wait now to add some real power but will have to save a little. I appreciate all ya'lls help and I'm fired up about building a 12v!!!!!!

Yeah, my new trans shaved over a second off 0-60. Way better mileage in town too.

I can't wait to check my mileage. It's going to have to be much better!!! I wish that I could do the timing on my on but I'm still learning these things. Now I can't decide what to do next powerwise. Think I'll go on and do the headwork, springs, 4k then save for the turbo n injectors. Sound like a good plan?
