throttle cable screw

i was wondering how to adjust the cable or screw because when i got my 3gsk kit done he adjusted it so it stpos at 2300/2500rpm because of stock trans i want to make it go to 3k

Something sounds fishy. The 3GSK should take you to about 3200 rpm. The stock setting is it de-fuels at about 2250 rpm ro so. Sitting still I can get about 3,000 out of mine. Try looking HERE and see if it looks like yours.
