I'm the happy owner of a '96 3500 dually with 53,000 original miles and NO mods, at least at the present time. I love this truck! I don't know if I'd change a thing on it. The engine runs really strong. The interior and exterior are in fairly good condition although I think the previous owner was real cheap with wax and taking care of the paint finish, in general.

97 2500 4x4 auto Has 145,000 on it. I rebuilt the tranny two months ago as a preventative thing before I started adding power. So far he power it's holding all the power I throw at it just fine.

mine is a '94 2 wd, reg cab, manual 5 speed.
it has 520K miles on it.
one new tranny (the tranny failed bc we forgot to check the oil in it)
2 rebuilt front-ends
1 rebuilt differential
one rear main engine seal when tranny was replaced (doesn't leak any oil now)
never needed any engine work...

we will start using a synthetic blinker fluid, as soon as we can delivery, currently, they are "out of stock"
