Yeh, one of the guys I give a ride into the plant keeps asking questions about CTD. He's amazed how mine runs and looks and with 650k. He was hell-bent on getting a toy-ota, but now he's looking at CTDs, 12v or course.

Hey-Hey, another one bites the dust.....

it runs really good, warm-up takes a little longer but stays cooler, the power

and response feels like it's has a small shot of nos or propane, quicker spool

on the turbo, it gets a little warm in traffic but nothing in the hot range, and

i live in calif. and it's hot right now, i think the sun is about 2 miles from

my house.

I have a 93 with 367000 kms on it. That converts to about 228k mi, with a tranny rebuild/clutch replacement about 50k mi ago. I happen to know personally a 91 with over 500k mi of very, very, VERY abusive miles. Cab's been welded back together a few times, but motor is still strong. It's a 3500 4x4 tow truck
