1 fuel pump
a couple brake jobs
just lately a new clutch.
leaks a bit of oil at the bottom end.
Many fill ups

Thats about all so far.

640,000 kms. (400,000)mi.

my buddy just bought there 4th cummins its a 97

4x4 ext. cab it has an auto though but it only has 47000 miles. its bone stock a 80 year old man had it.

Ok so now let me ask why are we surprised when someone gets 400,000 miles out of their cummins? To me this is still half life for a good diesel!

Why are we all so surprised at getting 300k miles out of our engines. If a diesel doesn't get that kind of mileage if looked after something is wrong.
