Could get oil contamination.

If you tow anything and the boost pressure is high it will puke oil out everywhere ask me how I know............ I lost about 5 liters of oil, The first thing I did when I got home was get a new plug. In a pinch you could use the small plastic cups that come on the ends of hydraulic hoses

I know how that is. The whole underside of my truck is covered with oil. But its from my afc housing bolts never staying tight. But I think I fixxed that problem. Thank you loctite

I modded my AFC and realized the day after I forgot to put the plug back in it. It wasn't anywhere to be found. I looked under my truck and there was a anodized steel plug that looked roughly the same size so I crawled under there and got it. Went back up and BAM perfect size. Now I can use a 3/4" wrench to take it off instead of the 8mm. Now I don't have to tear my hand up loosening it.
