New Throttle Cable???

So I was driving and all of a sudden my foot went to the floor. No throttle. I had to idle home (thankfully I was only a half mile away). Sure enough the clip that holds the cable to the throttle body is worn out. I went to napa, they don't have it, and I searched online also no luck. So have any of you guys had experience with this or do you know where I might be able to find one?
Thanks in advance

Adam

It's covered under a recall for free.
Check if it's been done with your VIN here> Dodge - Contact Us

Even if it's been done and broke again it's still covered for the life of the truck.

I zip tied mine and it has been operating good for a few months like so, but I think I will take it to get properly fixed.

thanks for the response. I went on dodge plugged in my vin number, and it said there was no recalls. I sent them an email anyway, but is this a problem for the 94s and 95s only?

Well I called dodge and they said since it's been 10 years since the recalled part has been replaced, that its void. So then I called a dealer and the cable was $79!!!
So I might just fiberglass it. If i can't fight the recall void

Order kit part #CANZ9700. It will include a throttle cable and several small parts you might also need. Should be around $16
