2008 front and rear axle

what all would i need to do to swap my running gear out for the 08 with front and rear discs, would gearing be an issue, driveline, brake lines, wheel offset, bolt pattern, anyone know the price of the rear i would like to do that first i feel like there would be alot of headache with the front end sht.
