Exclamation chuckle / hissing after hard acceleration let off ???

Well the truck just started doing this, when i take off quick and let off the pedal i can here i hissing kinda chucke from the hood its like a ch ch ch ch till the boost drops back down, and it also does it in increments with the boost guage so i can here the sound and watch the guage pause and drop. make sense? Does this sound like the waiste gate sticking? it doesnt do it if i let off the pedal lightly only if i let off all at once. I have checked all the intercooler boots and snugged the clamp. The truck runs great other than this. I also have all new fuel lines, fuel heater delete, new lift pump, and new overflow valve. Any thoughts of were to start thanks

There's nothing wrong with it the truck. I don't see why it would have just started doing this... it's Compressor surge, some call it "turbo bark". They all do it. Did you do any mods like a BHAF or anything? That will make the bark louder, where you can hear it louder in the cab. Don't keep doing it on purpose cause it sounds cool though, you'll snap a shaft in that little stock turbo.
