'96 Trans Problems

So I need help with a potential transmission/tps problem. About 7500 miles ago i put a HTS fully built transmission in with triple disk torque converter, billet input and heavy duty internals. Ive started to notice that in 2nd gear the torque converter will lock and unlock and continue to do this, also in OD the torque converter will randomly unlock and sometimes downshift. I am confident that the trans isnt going because i just put a new one in that can hold well more power than i have in the truck. I was wondering if it could be a bad throttle position sensor, any ideas?

Also another question, my 1 to 2 shift is extremely hard, is that normal? is there a way to adjust the shift points on the transmission specifically the 3 to 4 shift?
