replaced lift pump with a airdog 2. now truck skipps bad
so my stock lift pump went bad and i ordered a airdog2 with a regulator since my cam lobe was wore out and a new lift pump wouldnt work..
got it all set up and now the truck skipps like i started it on a very cold morning without plugging it in.. i have one injector puff and dont have my new washers yet so i cant fix it.. but the truck ran good before the pump went bad and only skipped when i first started it on a cold morning.
i even let the truck warm up and nothing.. complete power loss..
i did shoot some ether into it before i knew the pump was bad to see if i could get it to light off at first. so my mechanic thinks i bent a valve..
my mods are marine370 injectors, full feul, airdog 2, filter , 0 plate.
and what pressure deos the airdog 2 come with out of the box?

my #3 cylinder is running 30-40 degrees cooler then the other 5.. so we think it might be a bad injector or bent valve.. will keep updated

well my truck is fixed and it was a leaky injector...

what airdog two do you have? i have a kit for a 98.5 and up. and i have a 98... does anybody know where i can get a manual to install it?
i have the newest version of it with the built in regulator... i can check my manual tomm. and see if it covers the 24 valve as well.. and if it deos i can copy it and send it right to you np
