370's lope

Just put some 370's in with delivery valves. The engine now lopes a bit at idle and does it bad at 1100. Other than that it runs great. No visible leaks. New injectors. Any ideas?

Where is your timing at? My 95 did the same thing. Moved the timing to 16* and the problem went away.

It is supposed to be at 16.5. It does it at idle somewhat, and does it real bad at 1000-1100. It also sounds like someone is spraying it with either. kinda has that knocky sound. checked fuel, it is ok. Well, smells ok anyway.

It took a while, but, I found that the #6 injector was bad. Took it out and tried to clean it. Seemed clean. Put it in #2 so it would be easier to get to. Problem moved to #2. Took out and took apart again to check for junk, clean. Took out and replaced with original and it fixed it. Brand new injector, junk, outta tha' box. Too bad these are made in brazil and not the USA. Then you wouldn't have that problem!! beer
