Clutch stuck or coming apart

Got in my truck earlier put it in gear and took off, went to catch second and it acted like i was trying to rpm shift...knocked it outa gear stopped and tried to put it back in gear and all it did was try to move the truck (it broke loose after a bit)...Hydros are working...Any one ever have this happen

hydro pedal pressure never changed...I dropped the Xfer case into low got the truck rolling and popped it in 1st with the clutch pedal to the floor, gave her some fuel and started mashing on the break and she popped loose and started working properly again...All i can think is the clutch springs or something maybe coming apart and catching or some how the friction disk welded to the flywheel
