difflock or not?

How do i check what type of lock i have in my rear differential? i must know cause my cover seal is leaking and i have to fix it an put new oil in it

I don't think it matters, it should be a Dana 70, and I think the covers are all the same.

Did you check to see if the axle diff cover has a tag on it ? It should tell you if it's a limited slip or not but the fluid would be the same just need to add limited slip additive if you put Mopar fluid back in if its a limited slip rear axle.

I put in Pennzoil oil for limited slip diffs, even if i dont have any limited slip

but i would be fun to know what type of difflock i got, there are many different type of locks? like "detroit locker" and others

This is my tag, and the "LS" is the same as LimitedSlip i think

now i got new 80-90 oil in it and everyting running ok

yes, one wheel on wet grass, and the other on dry concrete

spinnin exactly in same speed
