well you laugh, but a buddy of mine actually has spark plugs in his 6BT and it runs on alcohol, it is one bad mother.

You beat me to it Dan ...

I was going to point out that the Cummins 6BT engines running on CNG have spark plugs, plug wires, a throttle, etc just like a gasser.

Just picked this CNG 6BT pics - Cummins 4BT & Diesel Conversions Forums

Look at the third pic of the first post. The spark plug wires say Cummins right on them!

yes there are a few hardcore pulling trucks or tractors that will convert their diesel setups to running alcohol and they are expensive/hard to do, but once their tuned right man do they go, theres a new holland competition tractor puller in the NTPA that converted his diesel to alcohol, and i think a few years ago he was number one on the national circuit. its pretty bad@ss if you ask me

I think the gaps a little off on your #2 intake. You might want to do a quick valve adjustment.

i really have no idea, but according to the NTPA the weights and everything are different for the alcohol converts, but this is something i dont know a whole lot about this
