Grind your plate to a # 10 for free, install the gsk yourself. Unless you're seriously uncomfortable doing it. You'll save lots of bucks, and its not hard at all, plenty of people here to help. You're gonna get ALOT more bang for the buck buying and install your own parts, for what its worth.

Be aware, it is not always easy. Each truck is different, and the default adjustment they recommend is for reference only. If you do this, make sure you make take accurate measurements of the current spring-retainers to stud height, before starting; hence, settign the new springs to the previous recorded setting. If you don't, you will be starting from scratch when putting the new ones in, with no refernce.
Not a fun situation either! This happened to me. Previous owner put new 4K GSK in, but did not adjust them. It took me 4 tries, about 6 hrs, to finally get them tuned correctly.
Just get get a plate on eBay and put it in yourself. Plates are like 30 bucks and doing it yourself saves you a ton of money plus you can say it really is your truck and not someting someone else built.

yea i bought a number 8 plate on ebay 30$ to my door
10 seems to much 4 me and what i do
found 4000 govener springs for 16$ new the doubel up your factory spring creating 4000 rpm springs
now just delivery valves
With a 4gsk be careful you don't rev above about 3400, thats when you can float the valves. Installing them is pretty easy, theres some good tutorials on here and dtr for it. Just count each 1/4 turn of the hold down screw, and install it the same amount and your idle will be pretty darn close again.

$16 for governor springs? doesn't sound like a good quality spring kit, who makes them. I paid $115 for mine
delivery valves can be put in pretty easily, the DV socket helps. GSk can be done in 1-2 hours easily. I'd just do it yourself rather than pay someone else. Thats always been my thinking on it
