leaking fuel injectors
Can anyone tell me why two of my injectors started to leak after I replaced the head gasket? I was very careful to not place the weight of the head on the injectors while it was on the bench for cleaning. It seems like they both leak around the top of the large nut that holds the injectors in the head but I did not remove them. Are they prone to leak at the return line fittings? Does anyone make a rebuild kit for these where I could replace the seals? Thanks for any help! as it's my only vehicle and it's getting to cold to ride my bike any more! |

You're supposed to replace the return line washers every time they're disconnected. Sometimes it works not to though...
