KDP Help Quick!!!
i am installing TST's KDP kit (it's almost midnight here) and the crankshaft seal they include is first of all not the exact part number they specify in their instructions, and secondly not supplied with good thorough directions (is anything ever?). What I'm running into is that the seal that I took out was just a seal, but the one I'm putting in says to include a semi-transparent collar in the mix, and doesn't say whether to leave the "installation guide" on or take it off. The instructions get really vague at the end, which isn't helping me at all right now. For those of you who have done this, do you remember doing anything other than putting ONLY the seal in? No transparent collars or anything???
