I have a 1998 12V Q-Cab, I bought in California brand new, I spent $80.00 and bought a new Manifold, and removed the EGR Tube, put a piece of tape over the bulb, that was six years ago. The truck runs great.....

Otherwise, new manifolds and disconnect and block off the vacuum line. I bet there's a ton of soot in the intake on those EGR motors. Who the hell though it was a good idea to burn fuel and then run that air through a motor again . . . .:fist:

Some moron hippie from here in our glorious state of CA man, gotta be the culprit.
