Will 06 turbo fit on 12 valve

i know its most likely not a bolt on thing but what would i need to change to make this fit?

different flange, different downpipe, and the anglelution to the intercooler boot from the turbo is different, and it also has an electric wastegate, it has been done before, but is a pita to do... look on here in the search section, you should be able to find the write up on it...

and after you do all that you can pull it off and replace it with a modified hx35. way more practical and probably cheeper.
