Upgrades, turbo hybrid, injectors...help

If this is a redundant question please point me in the right direction.

Upgrades, intake, exhaust, guages, 0 fuel plate full forward, star wheel cranked...

Next step...3000GSK, afc spring kit.

Right now I dont want to head stud, so with that in mind what should i do?

Question...what next?
Ive looked at the "STAGE III 400 hp UPGRADE COMPRESSOR HOUSING AND 60mm High Flow WHEEL - 95-02 DODGE/CUMMINS" from High Tech Turbo
What kind of shop work needs done for 85$...and is this upgrade worth it?

Injectors? Which ones?
Anything else?

Tighten down stock head bolts.

Timing around 16.5 degrees

3k gsk, 5 x .012 injectors, 62/65/14 turbo or equivalent.
