Both of those turbos would make a decent secondary.
Twins, compounds use a small turbo for quick spool and to get a larger turbo going.
Then the large charger pressurized the air being fed to the small turbo. The small turbo compresses the air again before it is fed to the engine.
Two turbos of similar size would not be of benifit.
Using a large single has the advantage of high air flow and low drive pressure. The draw back is that large turbos are laggy and hard to light.
Compounds solve this by using a small turbo to light the large one giving quick spool and still allowing high air flow.

What turbo to use with the stock turbo?
Sounds like I may be able to reach my goals just using a single HE351 and forego the 2nd turbo. Would you agree?
